Cultural spaces should be open to everyone—but are they?

UN-DUST: Diversity-Friendly Cultural Spaces is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that bringing together young people from Serbia, Slovenia, and Italy to rethink what inclusion really means in the arts.
 

For 10 days in Schio, Italy (May 5–14, 2025), you’ll explore gender equality, LGBTQ+ rights, disability inclusion, and cultural identity through theater, movement, and storytelling. Alongside artists and activists, you’ll create new ways to make cultural spaces truly welcoming for all.
 

🌍 Who’s invited?

  • Young people aged 18–26 ready to challenge norms and get creative

  • No prior experience needed—just curiosity and an open perspective

  • A basic understanding of English is helpful but not a must

  • We are going to form a group of 8 young people, who will be going to Italy with a group leader, who is an experienced youth worker.
     

🎭 What’s happening?

  • Creative labs & workshops with artists and theater professionals

  • A night in the theater—behind-the-scenes experience in a professional venue

  • Building something that lasts—co-creating a toolkit for more inclusive cultural spaces

  • Community & connection—spending time with like-minded people in a beautiful part of Italy
