Luca is passionate about social change and believes in the power of communities. She got involved in youth work over twelve years ago first in Youth Action for Peace and later in Útilapu Hálózat – Service Civil International Hungary where she served a board member and later as the president. She is a founding member of the Youth Peace Ambassadors Network (https://ypa.network/), member of the Council of Europe Trainers Pool.
She worked for over six years as regional manager at MiNYanim Jewish community development project before taking her current position in 2018 at the Tarbut Fellowship of JDC.
Luca is particularly interested active citizenship and social responsibility. She is skilled in planning and implementing long-term international projects and training, mentoring youth workers.
