Youth worker, youth work trainer with background in psychology
Currently working as free-lance trainer in youth field, consultant and Content manager for SEEYN Learning House (www.seeyn.org/elearning) for South East European Youth Network
Fields of professional interest: digital youth work, digital tools in non-formal education, on-line learning in non-formal education, as well as capacity building of youth workers in areas of communication, leadership, conflict transformation, diversity, voluntary and project management, etc.
Ivana’s experience in local youth work comes from long-term involvement and leadership of youth association BalkanIDEA Novi Sad (www.balkanideans.org ), where she is at the moment engaged as mentor and supervisor. She has experience in international youth trainings for over 10 years, working with different organizations and networks. Ivana is member of pool of trainers of SEEYN, National Youth Council of Serbia (KOMS), as well as licensed trainer of youth leaders in the frame of educational program run by National Association of Youth Workers – NAPOR (on topics of communication, diversity and project management). In recent years her area of interest is on-line learning in youth work and non-formal education, including managing on-line platforms, developing and delivering on-line courses, as well as innovative methods and tools for on-line education.
Ivana is also active in regional, national and international youth work, with experience in processes of professionalization and recognition of youth work in Serbia, through engagement in National Association of Youth Workers (www.napor.net), both as Program coordinator and board member. At the same time, she is an active member of International Youth Work Trainers Guild (www.iywtg.org ) involved in personal and professional development of youth work trainers.
